Hong Kong's most artistically adventurous pop star worked with artists including Cocteau Twins, Brian Eno, and Björk to produce a body of work that transcends the Cantopop genre entirely. Her album 'Fuzao' was 40% more experimental in sound than the average Cantopop release of its era, yet still reached #1 on Hong Kong charts.
