Side Project Brewing produces some of the most extraordinary barrel-aged wild ales and stouts in Missouri, with limited releases that command cult followings. Their Derivation series, a blend of bourbon barrel-aged stouts, has earned a 100-point rating from BeerAdvocate, making it one of only a handful of beers to achieve that perfect score.
