Cloudbreak, Tavarua, Fiji
Cloudbreak is a world-class left-hand reef break off Tavarua Island, renowned for long, powerful walls and heavy barrels when solid South Pacific swells hit the outer reef, with sizes reaching up to 20 feet on the biggest days. Its remote location in crystal-clear tropical water makes it one of the most photogenic waves in surfing, and it hosted memorable WSL Championship Tour events. Unlike Nazare's giant but unpredictable swells, Cloudbreak offers a more consistently rideable barrel for skilled surfers.
