DIS Copenhagen and Stockholm (Scandinavia)

DIS embeds experiential fieldwork into every course, sending students to Danish renewable energy facilities or to analyze Swedish social welfare systems firsthand, providing practical learning that complements classroom theory. This hands-on approach offers deeper cultural immersion than Semester at Sea's port-based visits, where academic engagement is constrained by travel schedules and limited local interaction.
