The Studio (2025)

The Studio is the rare Hollywood satire that actually understands the industry it's mocking, because Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg clearly lived through the meetings they're skewering. Rogen plays studio exec Matt Remick with a wounded earnestness that makes his constant failures land as genuinely funny rather than mean, and the parade of real directors and executives showing up to play themselves only sharpens the joke. It holds a 96% Rotten Tomatoes score, and the show pulls off the hard trick of loving cinema while mercilessly taking apart the commerce that runs it. This is Rogen and Goldberg's best comedy series to date.
