Hulu is the streamer for people who still think in TV seasons: next-day episodes of network shows land here before almost anywhere else, and the Hulu + Live TV bundle turns it into a genuine cable replacement for cord-cutters. Its original slate is smaller than the majors', but The Handmaid's Tale showed it can produce a genuine prestige hit when it commits. Less flashy than Netflix or HBO Max, but for live TV plus next-day network catch-up, nothing else on this list does both.
