Schwarzman Scholars provides the most immersive China-focused leadership education, with Stephen Schwarzman's $600 million endowment funding 200 students annually for a fully-funded master's at Tsinghua University. The program covers full tuition, room and board, travel, and a personal stipend, totaling an estimated $80,000 per scholar per year—30% more generous than the average scholarship at #5 DAAD in terms of per-student funding. Since 2016, over 1,200 alumni have completed the program, and 60% now work in roles directly bridging Western and Chinese enterprises.
