Le Grand Vefour

Paris's oldest surviving restaurant, Le Grand Vefour has operated in the arcades of the Palais-Royal since 1784 and holds 2 Michelin stars under chef Guy Martin. Napoleon, Victor Hugo, and Colette once dined here; the gilded mirrors and painted ceilings are classified as historic monuments.
