Le Grand Vefour
Le Grand Vefour claims the longest culinary legacy in Paris, surviving since 1784 under the arcades of the Palais-Royal, 20% older than any other restaurant on this list. Napoleon and Victor Hugo dined amid gilded mirrors that are now classified historic monuments, a setting Arpege's modernist interior can't match.
