Studio Liverpool's 2008 PS3 anti-gravity racer remastered the PSP entries with 1080p/60fps visuals and a thumping electronic soundtrack. Its Zone mode, where speed increases infinitely until you explode, is the purest test of reflexes in any racing game, outperforming #2 F-Zero GX by requiring 50% faster reaction times at top speeds, and Sony shuttering the studio in 2012 remains unforgivable.
