Chef Rasmus Kofoed's Geranium in Copenhagen received its 3rd Michelin star in 2016 — becoming Denmark's first restaurant to reach the maximum rating — and was named World's Best Restaurant in 2022. Located on the 8th floor of the Faelledparken stadium with views over Copenhagen's parks, Geranium's 18-20 course menu focuses on Nordic ingredients presented with crystalline visual precision. Kofoed is the only chef in World Culinary Olympics history to win gold, silver, and bronze medals in three consecutive Culinary Olympic Games.
