Kiton
Kiton's math is the whole pitch: dozens of pairs of hands touch each handmade suit, and the Neapolitan house deliberately limits annual production to keep it that way rather than scaling up. That kind of restraint is rare in luxury fashion, where growth usually wins the argument against quality. Italian menswear obsessives tend to name Kiton, not the bigger, more marketed houses, when you ask what the actual pinnacle of sartorial craft looks like — and once you understand how the suits are made, it's hard to argue.
