Kumon
Kumon operates roughly 26,000 learning centres across some 50 countries, making it one of the largest education franchises in the world. Its after-school maths and reading model is built on graded worksheets and self-paced study rather than classroom teaching, so a centre needs comparatively little space and few staff.
