Singapore Food Festival is Asia's premier showcase of hawker heritage and haute cuisine, drawing over 500,000 visitors annually to its month-long August celebration. The flagship STREAT event spans more than 15,000 square metres of outdoor dining, hosting 200+ vendors representing the full spectrum of Chinese, Malay, Indian, and Peranakan traditions. In 2025, the festival introduced 38 new hawker collaborations with Michelin-starred chefs, merging street-food roots with fine-dining precision.
