Jim Clark

Ayrton Senna himself called Clark the greatest ever, praising his natural speed. Clark won seven of 10 races in 1963 and six of 10 in 1965, clutch performances in an era of unreliable cars. His 1965 Indianapolis 500 win on his first attempt cemented his versatility beyond F1. Clark's tragic death at 32 cut short a career that might have rewritten every record.
