Beyond the parties, Sunrise Beach offers a beautiful 1-kilometer stretch of white sand and crystal-clear Gulf waters, with visibility averaging 10 meters. However, noise levels during parties reach 100 decibels, 40 decibels above the quiet Bang Tao Beach, making it less suitable for families. Despite its fame, only 20% of its 1.5-kilometer shoreline is developed, leaving room for quiet sunbathing on weekdays.
