Tierra del Fuego National Park

Tierra del Fuego National Park, the southernmost in the Americas, protects 630 square kilometers where the Andes meet the Beagle Channel, offering 70 kilometers of hiking trails. Its coastal forests host 20 mammal species, including the critically endangered Huemul deer, which is 40% rarer than in Nahuel Huapi. With an average temperature of 5°C, it is 10°C colder than the typical Argentine park, providing a unique subantarctic ecosystem.
