Its best stat is Speed at 70, which is 15% faster than Vibrava's 55, but its HP of 61 is 44 points lower than Shelgon's armor. Without a Mega form like Altaria's 590 boost, Dragonair relies on Shed Skin for status recovery, but its 50-base Defense is a liability.
